IMST Empire XCcel Technical Support Provider for the North Americas

August 1, 2007: Petra Microwave Ltd. is now operating as a technical support service provider for IMST's Empire XCcel software. North American customers will now be able to access front line technical support in the eastern standard time zone, via both voice and email. RTS Scientific will continue to be the sole commercial contact for North American sales.
